If you are a small business owner looking for a loan, you can fill out the pre-application form to receive support from one of our participating small business lenders. Once your pre-application is reviewed, the lender will determine if you are eligible for their financing products and/or small business assistance. If you are eligible, the lender will contact you directly.

There are 12 Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) participating in the SOAR Fund. CDFIs are mission-driven community lenders certified by the U.S. Treasury Department to serve small businesses that are typically unable to access credit from traditional banks.
